Probitas White Blended Rum

47% ABV

A blend from two of the finest rum distilleries on earth, Foursquare in Barbados and Hampden Estate in Jamaica. Aged pot still rum and unaged column still from Foursquare blended with an unaged pot still spirit from Hampden. No additives and bottled at a robust 47% ABV. The resulting rum is stunning. Fruity, funky, sophisticated, round. It makes perhaps the best Daiquiri we’ve had in quite some time.

.75 oz Gum Syrup
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
2 oz Probitas Rum

Shake violently with fresh ice in a metal shaker until it’s starting to frost. Fine strain into a frozen coupe glass.
