Hamilton Beachbum Berry’s Navy Grog Blend

A collaboration between Rum explorer Ed Hamilton and Tiki expert Jeff “Beachbum” Berry. The Navy Grog was a recipe developed by Donn “Donn the Beachcomber” Beach and this blended Rum is meant to simulate the mixture of Rums that he used in his original recipe. A blend of Jamaican, Guyanese, Trinidad, and Dominican Rums, it’s perfect in a Navy Grog or just shaken into an overproof Daiquiri.

1.5oz Hamilton Beachbum Berry Navy Grog Blend
.75oz Fresh Lime Juice
.75oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1oz Honey Syrup (1:1 Honey to water)
Shake over ice and strain into a bucket glass full of fresh ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
