Senza Finne is an Amaro brand started by the husband and wife team Joey & Gillian Diedrick, Seattle based bar professionals. Their Amari are lower in sugar content and higher in alcohol content with an eye towards using them in cocktail applications. This is their flagship Amaro and Hibiscus, Sarsaparilla,  Lemongrass, and Ginger are the stars of the show. Full flavored with medium bitterness and lighter in sweetness, we love to drink it over ice with a splash of tonic water.
