Grape Variety : Pinot Noir. Fermentation & Elevage : Macerated for 6-8 weeks before being pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in large, old wood barrels.
Two years in large (3,000 liter) cask, the site is limestone, high-elevation and windy; the wine has a refined aroma and a superb palate; it isn’t sous-voile but tastes as if it were made in the Jura, all the way to the curious minerality peeking around the back of those wines.

The 2021 Pinot Noir TS is from the Tschuppen. The purple-ruby colored wine opens with clear, fresh, well-defined cherry aromas with tart floral notes. Silky, fresh and elegant on the palate, this is a saline, tight and mineral, beautifully refreshing and tart-finishing Pinot Noir with tight but fine tannins and serious mineral acidity.
